Dr ...warm kind and efficient, very thorough and calming. All the nurses treated me with respect and thoughtful consideration and were extremely efficient. And I speak as a qualified nurse!
As the day staff arrived, it was a seamless handover and felt the new staff understood my reasons for being there.
