"A&E Review"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I have visited the A&E department yesterday because of constant chest pain and stomach that worsens everyday. However the staff lacks in any experience the nurse that took sample of my blood couldn't find the vain and was moving the needle inside my arm constantly bringing more pain and then decided that the needle was too large and used a smaller one but the nurse struggled to get any blood out and still decided to move the needle around inside the vain and made me cry. At the end I was diagnosed with reflux However I have no symptoms of it. Moreover the doctor decided to let the GP carry on the investigation and the GP takes a long time to do any treatments. There was no scans done of my stomach to see what is going on. Generally I m very disappointed with the treatment and the rudeness of staff.
