About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Very impressed. Receptionist very welcoming; waiting room bright and open; very relaxed atmosphere; not in the slightest daunting or intimidating.

The doctor saw me immediately and made me feel at ease and relaxed.

They fully explained the procedure I was to have and what was involved. They also explained the degree of pain/discomfort I might expect to experience with each individual test. They talked me through each part of the test and was quite happy to answer all my questions, which were numerous, but important to me.

Finally they explained the results of the test to me (also confirmed in a letter)

I know I had a really thorough examination with good news at the end of it.
