"Fantastic maternity staff"

Had exceptional care from midwife this Monday. What a fantastic person: knowledgeable, kind, professional and motivated.

Cutting a long story short, I phoned up to self refer myself to the maternity section of the Princess Royal as after doing research I decided that this was the best local option. thankfully I got through to community midwife who had compassion for my situation. As luck had it, they had a space to see me as it was a quiet day of the week that very day! My husband and I went in and they could not have been more helpful. They went through everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. This midwife was so careful to make sure I understood the many different tests and options I have as part of my pregnancy. They even put my husbands mind at rest when he was worried about getting a parking ticket!

They showed us some of the wards I would one day use and it was eye-opening.

I could not ask for anyone kinder or more knowledgeable. I am now looking forwards to delivering our child there and feel fully happy with our choice of hospitals. Thanks so much!
