My son was feeling very unwell. We attended A&E, the staff were diligent and kind. We were transferred to ward A6 and again we were treated with respect and humanity. My son was admitted to A4 to prepare for surgery. His operation was postponed due to an influx of patients with acute life endangering conditions. He had his operation at 10.30 pm. His surgeon had been literally saving lives for 10 hours plus. The nursing staff were without exception most considerate, thoughtful and professional .
It was a privilege to have encountered such a caring environment which is possible only due to the wonderful team. I thank you XX
