"Treatment for Heart Flutter"

About: Warwick Hospital

I was admitted through A&E, which was fast and efficient.

The referral to the Cardio team was fast and the Consultant reviewed my symptoms very quickly. After a few tests, questions and confirmation of the likely cause I was transferred to the CCU.

I remained there for 24 hours whilst the condition was brought under control.

I now have the drugs required to cope until I can have the correcting procedure.

The whole of the team, doctors, nursing and ancillary staff, were attentive and kind.

I felt involved, informed and confident throughout the time I was at the hospital.

I want to thank everyone, especially the Consultant and their team, two other members of staff and a special mention to the care-assistant on CDU who was kind and attentive while we waited to go to the CCU.
