"He made my daughter feel at ease"

I phoned the River Lodge surgery (Lewes) this morning and was booked in at 11 with my little girl who has had lung issues in the past. She has had a sore throat and cough for the past few days but the cough has got worse and its persistent. We saw Dr Grigore. He was AMAZING! so child friendly. He put the 'crocodile' on Josephine's finger. He let my little boy 'look closely' at Batman with his torch and spoke directly to my daughter not me. He was just brilliant and my little girl was thrilled to bits to be involved and praised throughout the appointment. He really put us at our ease. Thank you Dr Grigore! We think you are fab!
