About: Somerset House

(as a relative),

I feel that this place does not care about anyone's mental health state, as my partner has pleaded with her care co-ordinator to to call her for weeks and still nothing.

Important referrals still not done, after my partner has told them she feels suicidal they do not seem to care. She has been told to ring First Response who tell her to ring Somerset House. She is in a real crisis and they are making her feel humiliated.

We are sorry that you feel your partner has received a poor service, but thank you for taking the time to comment on our services.

We endeavour to be as responsible as possible to each individual’s needs, should you feel this not to be the case then please raise it with the manager of Somerset House personally so that your concerns can be looked into.
