"Petrified Dental Patient"

I was referred to the dental service at batley health centre by my own dentist after being unable to tolerate a check-up following an unfortunate experience at an emergency dentist in Southampton. I had a total of 4 appointments with Simon and his dental nurses which involved a filling and a tooth extraction with the welcome help of gas and air. The team were extremely patient with me and showed empathy, compassion and a good dose of humour. Though I dread returing to my usual dentist, I am hugely grateful that the team helped me through this massive personal challenge. Thank you.
