(as the patient),

I had treatment at heartlands hospital for a colonoscopy I was petrified but the nurses that gets you ready for the investigation was very friendly and caring nothing was to much trouble. made me feel at ease it was the second investigation I had in 5 wks the other one I had was camera down throat it wasn't very pleasant but the nurses and doctors was brilliant couldn't fault them in no way, all way perfect. British NHS are the best,
