I was admitted late one evening. My stay was only for 5 days. I had previously been there in 2014 and really found it poor.

However, things were totally different this time. The ward was clean and run efficiently. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they never seemed to be too busy if you needed them. They work in a stressful environment but that wasn't shown on their faces as they always had a smile on their faces.

I went into the ward feeling very unwell and have returned home much better and I can only say that was down to the staff.
