What a great team on the Cardiology Dept. Received a very efficient service.

The receptionist (Faz) was extremely kind to book my echo and 24hr tape. She went above and beyond and found a slot for my 24hr tape for the same day so I wouldnt have to make 2 journeys. The physician that carried out my echo was very sincere and sympathetic to my situation. She explained everything precisely and helped me to relax and even made time to listen to my concerns after my procedure. After the Echo my halter monitor was placed on by 2 excellent staff who explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease.

The day after I went to return my 24hr monitor and was greeted instantly by a member of staff. He was very polite and caring and personally saw to it that I didn't have to wait long at all.

I witnessed care and professionalism at the highest standard on the cardiology Dept and certainly couldn't have asked for a better service.
