Everything explained simply and easily. No waffle, straight to the point. you can go at your own pace.

Everything is good on the course.

Hardest exercise was "sit to stand".

Enjoyed the course.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back about our service. I am pleased that you found everything easy to understand and relevant. I agree some of the exercises are hard, but this is all part of the programme to help you. It is nice to hear that you enjoyed the course too. We try to make it informative but fun too.
