This gentleman said his wife had cancer and respiratory problems, and received excellent service from Christie, Wythenshawe Hospital, Ambulance Service and her GP at Hattersley GP Practice.
He said that while she sometimes had to wait a long time to be picked up at the hospital for return, he thought people should understand the pressures on the transport service, including traffic congestion.
