What I liked

I was taken by ambulance to A and E on the night of 17th December. What a lovely surprise what was a horrible experience for me was made all the better by the way I was treated. All the nurses and and the doctor who dealt with me were kind,patient and incredibly professional.I bet I couldn't have received better care in a private hospital.

Even though he was young his manner inspired complete confidence and I knew he was doing his very best for me.All the nurses were friendly and efficient,despite their being some other rather challenging patients.I had only moved to Guildford 4 days before so I was incredibily impressed by both the ambulance crew and A and E staff.

The hospital was very clean and easy to use.

Of course I hope I will not need your services again but shall certainly sing your praises in any future dicussions about the NHS

Well Done and a big Thank you.I have since visted my Doctor and the medication I was given by the Doctor prevented any further reoccurance.
