What I liked
the total treatment and stay were managed well and I was treated professionally with consideration and care by all I encountered,
What could be improved
discharge was a nonsense into our own vehicle- facilities for handwashing on ward. temporary replacement of ancillary equipment would have made for a happier start to some patients day.
Anything else?
I will send a copy of my letter sent to the ward if it is of interest, I have almost nothing but praise for my care and treatment. Sad that is seemed easier for me to make a complaint than to find the site to offer praise.
