"In-patient experience"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

Admitted for surgery to Perth Royal Infirmary. The care I received from all members of staff was first class. I was kept well informed, introduced to every member of the team involved with my care.

Nothing was an effort for the nurses, they tended to every need I had and treated me with dignity and respect, allowing me to get involved with decisions about my care.

Despite being very busy, I was welcomed into the ward with a smile from all members of staff I came in contact with and each person made the effort to talk to me.

I honestly cannot thank them enough.
