The visit from cardiac rehab nurse Gillien Morgen following heart attack.
The nurse was great. Friendly, reassuring and treated my mum as an equal. After she had answered our many questions, both my mum and I felt much more positive about the future and life after a very distressing and shocking event. I could see the difference the visits had made psychologically to my mum. She seemed to improve the same day once her fears had been allayed. Great service – note to the government – hands off our NHS!
