"Emergency attendance and In-patient stay"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Excellent care A&E, ITU and CM2 at EKHUFT. My mum attended A&E In a very unstable condition due to acute kidney injury. She was attended to in the most professional skilled manner by the team.

Particularly good care and attention by RN Raquel who made both my parents feel safe and cared for at a worrying time. Once stabilised she was transferred to ITU where again the care was faultless.

RN Ruth was great and again all Trust values seen which made a traumatic experience reassuringly safe for mum and family. Thanks to the great care mum was transferred to CM2 where again great care aided her recovery and enabled her safe discharge home.

I have named a couple of nurses but in fact every health care professional was great and we would like to express our thanks and gratitude. A credit to the profession.
