"Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Procedure"

(as the patient),

I attended the Day Case Unit at Dr Grays Hospital Elgin in January 2016.

I was there to have a Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Procedure carried out. From the moment I reported to the receptionist, I was made to feel welcome.

The nurses who looked after me were wonderful, relaxing me and making sure I was alright. The theatre staff who carried out my procedure were also very pleasant, explaining what was going to happen and ensuring I was comfortable. In all, it was a pleasant experience, and I felt that all the staff in this unit were a credit to the hospital and NHS Scotland.

Thank you to them all.

Dear Linda

Thank you for responding to my story, I am only too happy to spread the word about my experience at the Hospital.There are too many stories going round putting the hard working staff down for one reason or another, so I felt that people should know how pleased and happy I was.
