What I liked
The confident way in which the staff execute their duties is reassuring.The ward was clean and well kept and, from the Consultants to the cleaning staff, everyone was polite, hard working and efficient. These factors helped to make an unpleasant experience less so.
What could be improved
You must do something about parking! The lack of available parking spaces is ludicrous. I understand the desire to encourage the public to take public transport, but greater consideration must be given to the patients needs. Sick people should not be forced to drag themselves to/from the nearest bus stop or tube station because of a political transport agenda.
Anything else?
I cannot thank all the staff of Ward 6, South enough. I'm sorry that I can't remember everyone's names, but they were all genuinely caring, highly professional people. The Royal Free is a credit to the NHS.
