TO SUM UP I ENTERED THE HOSPITAL JUST AFTER 4PM AND WAS BACK HOME BEFORE 6, EVRY MEMBER OF STAFF I HAD THE PLEASURE OF METTING WAS PROFFESIONAL, POLITE, KIND AND KEPT ME INFORMED TO EXACTLY WHAT WAS HAPPENING, CANNOT THANK THESE OVERWORKED UNDERPAID PEOPLE ENOUGH AND WILL BE TELLING ANYONE WHO CARES TO LISTEN ABOUT MY SECOND TO NONE TREATMENT AT THE HANDS OFF THSTAFF AT BOTH THE A&E AND X RAY DEPARTMENTS.

Dear ALIBIKER,

I’m sorry to read about your motorcycle accident and your resulting injury.

It will be my pleasure to share your feedback with the Radiology staff, it is really gratifying when we receive such positive feedback and a real motivator for the staff. This is the kind of care we aspire to provide for all our patients, regrettably there will be occasions when the departments are very busy that people may experience a waiting time, but we always endeavour to keep people informed and make sure that they are comfortable.

I hope your “big boot” is comfortable and I wish you well with your recovery and rehabilitation.

Kind regards

Eddie
