What I liked
On Tuesday Dec 22nd I was taken to A&E with very painful rib damage. I would like to thank everyone in A&E and the Observation ward for their kindness and professionalism which went "beyond the call of duty". Special thanks to staff in Obs. who sorted out a difficult transport problem to get me home to Easingwold on Wednesday afternoon. Merry Christmas to you all. With gratitude Robert Cubin 24/12/09
