What I liked
Just wanna say that last time when I had the oppurtunity to pop into the urgent care centre/ Herts medical centre of Hemel Hempstead General Hospital. I was really impressed by the care provided by the staff. The receptionists were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was able to find a car parking space with ease.
What could be improved
The communication sharing between the doctor and patient could be improved.
