"igored and made to feel like an idiot"

About: Kettering General Hospital

My father has a brain tumour and has 6 monthly mri scans. Usually takes around 4months of fighting to get results! Neurology never answer the phone and can leave message after message for weeks never get contacted back! Makes me sooo angry!

I am sorry to hear of the problems you have been experiencing with the Neurology department. Please contact our Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01536 493305, who will be able to put you through to the service manager, Claire Handford, directly. She will be happy to look into your concerns further and resolve any issues you are having.
