What I liked

Friendly staff, caring. Concerned that I was comfortable, and informative as to what the operational procedures were. They took very good care of me. Thank you. It a bit worrying even a minor op and it was my first time under the knife, yet, from the receptionist to the toast and jam it was a painless and relaxed four hours. The hospital, modern and clean, and the staff, including the consultants etc professional and courteous. Peter Burke.

What could be improved

A little more butter with the toast, but I am a heavy spreader.
