Despite a very busy Sunday in A&E with Ambulances stacked and patients waiting on trolleys I received excellent care and attention throughout my visit when attending with a broken wrist (colle's fracture). After an initial wait I was seen and attended to with care and precision. No compliment is too great for the nurses, doctors and consultants who showed respect and professionalism at every stage not only to myself but also to the other patients in attendance.

Could you please thank all the Fracture Clinic staff on duty last Sunday and pass on my sincere thanks to the doctors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I do understand how painful a fracture can be and the staff will be delighted to hear you had a good experience in the Department. All the staff work tremendously hard to ensure patients receive a good service when they are in hospital.

I will indeed pass on your comments to the team and to the Fracture Clinic staff on duty on Sunday 10 January.
