What I liked

I was a day surgery patient on 21 Dec 09 - the day after a bad weekend for weather which meant the hospital had to rearrange its operations schedules at short notice.

I was very well treated by all the team in Burrell Wing, nurses and staff: they could not have done more for all of us in the 6 man ward. In particular their friendly attitude to all of us there made it as pleasant a day as possible.

What could be improved

My only improvement would involve a call the next day to ensure that all was in order.
