"Unclear telephone message"

About: Let’s Talk Well Being ( IAPT) – Nottingham

(as the patient),

Im desperately waiting for my first appointment. For the second time, ive received an inaudible message regarding this, I cannot tell what phone number im supposed to call. I think the ladys name is Emma but the message is so bad Im not sure

Thank you for taking the time to contact our service and I am sorry to hear you have had difficulties understanding the messages we have left for you.

We do have an administrator in our team called Emma and I am sure she was probably trying to contact you to book your first treatment appointment.
