"Everyone could not have been more helpful, re-assuring & professional"

I had never been into hospital before, let alone had experience of surgery, so my apprehension was severe. However, somehow I managed to quite easily overcome my anxiety, & trust in the people I encountered throughout my stay. The calmness & professionalism of ALL the staff in Surgical Short Stay Unit was truly inspirational, as far as I am concerned. I felt in safe hands.

Staff Nurse Simon was my designated nurse throughout my visit & was always on hand for a chat, to provide support & comfort, & to arrange refreshments.

I could not have expected or received a better experience from my visit to the Surgical Short Stay Unit at Crawley Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist through to the Surgeon, Mr Reddy, could not have been more helpful, re-assuring & professional.

I truly appreciate the empathy & support provided, not to mention the outcome of my procedure which has been a "walk in the park". Either I am a lucky man, or my trust & faith in the staff involved with my stay & procedure has been well founded.
