About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My elderly relative had an appointment at surgical out patients recently. Due to unforseen circumstances he attended the consultation alone.

We as a family cannot thank the SCN Ringer enough for the attention which she gave to my father-in -law. She went that extra bit to ensure he was comfortable and understood what the Doctor was saying to him. Also a big thank you to Mr Kasem who was also very kind to him. Very much appreciated, Thank you
