Went on a Sunday night feeling rubbish. Seen by the triage nurse within 30 minutes who was friendly, informative, listened to me and answered my questions. The nurse contacted an ENT doctor who gave advice too. Experiences like this are never pleasant but the nurse made it bearable and made me feel valued.
