"A disaster from start to finish"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

I knew the NHS was bad, but RBH have left me feeling traumatised from their care. The maternity care was under staffed, disrespectful and hostile. Having a baby there has left us with a bad taste in our mouths and a total discuss for RBH. We won't be returning for anything.

We are very sorry to hear that you felt traumatised following the care that you received and that you found the staff hostile in their attitude. This is not the experience we would expect women using our service to receive. We strive to ensure that women attending our department receive excellent care and we expect high standards of professional communication from the staff.
