"Troubles navigating Asperges and Depression Cocktail"

I was diagnosed with Asperges in February 2013, I was diagnosed with Depression in June 2013. Because these two, a condition and disease fight each other like a rash and tight spandex, it's very difficult to get help and differentiate the symptoms of Depression in regards to what is filtered through Asperges and what is straight to the point depression. I have had help before but it's very difficult for me to explain this, what feels like an alternate reality to everyone else's world.
