"Not Impressed"

my husband was left in the main waiting area and given no information as to the results of my procedure although I had been sedated. After the procedure I was shown into a waiting area along with another patient and we were so cold we had to put coats on. When the consultant eventually came in the give me my results in the general waiting room I received no privacy and they hurriedly went through their findings and couldn't wait to get away. I feel the whole procedure was a waste of time since they said they were going to recommend to my GP a medication I have had before which upsets my stomach even though they tried to tell me that it wouldn't ! The nurses were very kind I have to say.
