"Outstanding Care at N&N U Hospital"

I spent 10 days in the Cardiology Department{ Heyden Ward] recently.I would like to commend all the staff I came into contact with, from Cleaners to Consultant,who were respectful,caring,considerate and genuinely interested in providing an exceptionally good service.

The Medical and Nursing staff were outstanding.They were always professional,sensitive and caring.My dedicated Consultant explained the procedure he had carried out,on two occasions, the last late on Christmas Eve!
