on 26tth November, I was referred for an urgent procedure, which I was told needed to be done within a month. I have not received an appointment yet.
first I was told that they had not received the referral . this has now been sent 3 times. The outpatient appointments phone is hardly ever answered. When it is, no-one seems able to help. I keep being told that someone will call me back -- they don't. Or I'm transferred to another number, which cuts me off. I am at the end of my tether and worried. I have been trying to get an answer for weeks.
