What I liked

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and considerate.

What could be improved

Today I discovered, for the first time, a lack of initiative and consideration. After driving through the traffic and snow and then waiting 25 minutes for a parking space, I arrived at the anticoagulant clinic a little before 11:10 to be told that the clinic closed at 11:00 and I was too late. I would have thought that some allowance could have been made for the weather conditions but this was not to be. A bit disappointing as I have always felt that the standards were fairly high.
