"Cares good but poor carparking"

About: Good Hope Hospital

Been to see my elderly mother in Good Hope and the car park barrier has been so far faulty on two occasions, leaving us to wait 15 minutes to exit car park while the car park attendant tries to fix it ! But my main concern is the pot holes which are up to 5 inches deep and you can't miss them at the back of the car park.

With the car park charges there ought to be enough money to fix these issues.

Dear Anonymous

Thank you for your feedback and comments regarding your recent visit to see your mother whilst she was in Good Hope Hospital.

I am sorry that you encountered difficulties and were caused delay by operating problems with the barriers.

I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to Gilbert Allen, Contracts Manager for Car Parking and Security at Good Hope Hospital but it would be helpful if I could ask you to contact me so that I can obtain some more information to enable us to investigate this matter most appropriately.

I can be contacted on 0121 424 0808 or by email: marie.helebert@nhs.net

I look forward to hearing from you and thank you once again for providing your comments, patient and visitor feedback is extremely important to us.

I look forward to hearing from you.

With kind regards

Harie Helebert
