Got very lucky - arrived to an empty waiting room at 9:45 on a Wednesday morning, was seen within a few minutes, cross referred to imaging for an X-ray, returned to minor injuries for feedback and again was seen within a few minutes.
All staff that I dealt with were very pleasant - despite some of what in needed was not able to provided by minor injuries - but I was given a full explanation as to why and was informed that to return to my GP was the next step and what I should request there.
Very professional and swift service by all - very impressed
