The hospice at home team gave my husband "END OF LIFE CARE" in our home for his final 3 weeks. I can only describe the care, attention and love shown him was beyond perfect. our daughters and myself will be forever grateful that he was able to pass away peacefully in his own bed. He was never frightened never alone and was surrounded by us all who loved him.
Special mention must go to Angela and Mandy who returned after their shift had finished to prepare John to leave us. We all look back on their care and take great comfort at this very sad time. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS X
