What I liked
I arrived yesterday at the Surgical Day Case Unit in the Fracture Clinic at Royal Blackburn Hospital on Friday 18th December 2009 at 7:30am.
My stay was a short but pleasant one. I was discharged that very same day (as expected) at approximately 8:00pm. All the staff I came in contact with were exceedingly friendly and considerate and I would like to thank all those who took care of me before, during, and after the operation.
This is the second time in the past six months that I have been in the care of the Day Case Unit at the Fracture Clinic at RBH, and on both occasions I have been extremely satisfied with the high level of service and care that I received during my stay.
What could be improved
From my brief visit as a patient I cannot think of anything which required improvement.
