"Approach of doctors"

One GP is extremely rude to me. He doesn't like to pay any attention or taking onboard my concerns and suggestions when examined my wife. He has practically told me to find another GP when I complained about the receptionist messing up my appointment. He even gave me a prescription signed to my wife. He is totally incompetent to be a family Dr.

Another Dr is a good person and polite, however she does lack some skills and experience. Most of what she knows is from a quick research from files on the spot but overall she is a better person to express your concerns and sends referral on the spot. The surgery can be better organised.
