"Excellent care in Ward 9"

I would just like to let everyone know what an excellent experience we have just had in Ward 9 following my planned c-section. From the minute we walked through the door we were treated with such care and compassion and fully informed of everything that would be happening and when. The midwives, doctors, care assistants, kitchen assistants were all so lovely and could not do more to help me/us. We would like to say a big thank you for everything you did for us and our newborn daughter. You deserve such great press for what you all do.
