(as a relative),

my husband had laser reduction of his prostate on Christmas eve at the freeman hospital Newcastle upon tyne.   the staff and surgeon gave both my husband and myself excellent care.   having had his clinical appointment early November his wait for surgery was very short.   we would travel north for surgery anytime.  the standard of every aspect in his care was amazing.   thank you to all concerned and good luck with the care quality commission inspection. you deserve 5stars plus
