What I liked
From the moment I entered the Horton Treatment Centre I was treated with friendliness, respect and good humour.
I was kept informed at all stages of my proceedure and treated attentivley by all members of staff from consultants, nurses, physio staff, cleaners to caterers.
Even after I left hospital, on both occasions I contacted staff by phone, the information given to me was conveyed in a reassuring but riendly manner.
What could be improved
I am unable to think of anything.
Anything else?
I would like to wish all the staff a Happy Xmas and all the best for the New Year
