I attended an outpatients appointment today under the care of Mark and was very impressed with the care I received. I was seen on time with very little waiting around and all the staff from consultant to radiographer had a friendly and professional manner. They took the trouble to introduce themselves to me and helped me to feel involved in my care so thank you, it's appreciated
