"Making an appointment"

About: Devon Referral Support Services

(as the patient),

My GP wants me to be refered to cardiac unit at Derriford but i cant seem to make an appointment.

I have telephoned 3 times the devon referral support unit to arrange an appointment, the persons I spoke to said that somebody would ring me to arrange an appointment and no one has rung me.

I am happy to say that I was able to find a tel number for Sentinel who have now made me an appointment to see a cardiology consultant.
