"Now I don't know what to do."

I had a appointment in the a e unit department recently. I arrived at the department half an hour early. I had left all my meds at home my daughter spoke to a nurse to explain what I had done the nurse said to speak to a senior nurse and just walked off I'm in a wheelchair they then spoke to a doctor who said not my unit and walked off. Over an hour after my appointment time I said to my wife lets go then we found out I had been booked in but a mistake had been made. I had not been entered on the nurses board so the nurses didn't know I was there we left but I said to my daughter can you go back and let them know I had left. while my daughter was explaining that I had left someone called my name out but by that time I was being put in my daughters car.

Now I don't know what to do.

Also I had a scan a few weeks ago which when I went to aeu they pulled my scan up it said in my notes that the radioloigst had spotted I had a chest infection but I have'nt had a follow up with the different department
