On the 11th December 2015 I attended the Sunderland Day Uint to have Steriod injections in my lower back. All the staff were pleasant and polite and had excellent knowledge of the procedure I was there for. Although the experience was daunting as I had no information about the procedure the staff lessened my anxieties. Over all a very positive experience.
